12.   STREET CLOSING - VFW Post 832, is requesting the closure of Broadway at Benjamin Pickett Street to Mill Creek Park War Memorial Museum for the Veterans Day Parade on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

13.   SIGN PERMIT - The Public Works Department is requesting to place a sign in front of the Armory on Broadway and at Megquier and Jones on Broadway from 10/06/15 to 10/10/15 to provide information on the Hazardous Waste Drop-off on 10/10/15 at the Public Works facility.

15.   ORDINANCE #5-15/16 – Amending Chapter 15, “Motor Vehicles and Traffic,” regarding all night parking.  Passed first reading on 09/21/15.  ROLL CALL VOTE. Passage requires majority vote.

H.      Action on Old and New Business  42:00 Minutes into the meeting

16.   ORDER #40-15/16 – Authorizing the City Manager to execute and deliver on behalf of the City an easement modification agreement between the City and the Portland Water District relating to property located off the Wythburn Road.  Passage requires majority vote.
