10.     ORDINANCE #6-15/16 - Amending Chapter 27, “Zoning Ordinance,” regarding moratorium on development proposals involving liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage and distribution facilities.  First reading.  Passage requires majority vote. (Amended 12/21/15)

15.     ORDER #70-15/16 – Authorizing the expenditure of $140,000 from the Land Bank for the City to acquire third party enforcement rights in a conservation easement from HW Land Company, LLC to be imposed on approximately 9.3 acres of land located at or near 590 Highland Avenue (said property to be called the “Dow’s Wood’s Nature Preserve”).  Passage requires majority vote.
