10. ORDER #05-18/19 – Authorizing the City Manager to accept delivery of a utility easement deed from Highland Commons Condominium Association in relation to the Wainwright Complex.  Passage requires majority vote.  

11. ORDER #06-18/19 – Accepting a Safety Enhancement Grant from Maine Municipal  Association in the amount of $650.67 to be used for the purchase of a roof hatch railing forthe Community Center.  Passage requires majority vote.  

12.  ORDER #07-18/19 – Accepting a TD Tree Days Award in the amount of $14,500 from The Arbor Day Foundation and TD Bank.  Passage requires majority vote.
