ORDINANCE #2-18/19 – Amending Chapter 27, “Zoning,” of the Code of Ordinances to establish land use regulations regarding Medical Marijuana Establishments.  Passed first reading on August 21, 2018. At Public Hearing on September 18, 2018, item committed to workshop, amended and passed first reading on November 20, 2018. ROLL CALL VOTE.  Passage requires five (5) affirmative votes.

13. ORDINANCE #3-18/19 – Amending Chapter 14, “Licenses, Permits, and Business Regulations Generally,” of the Code of Ordinances to establish licensing regulations regarding Medical Marijuana Establishments. Passed first reading on August 21, 2018. At Public Hearing on September 18, 2018, item committed to workshop, postponed on November 20, 2018. ROLL CALL VOTE. Passage requires majority vote.

14. ORDER #107-18/19 – Award of Bid #23-19 to O’Connor Bus Sales, of Augusta, ME, for the purchase of two (2) type “C” school buses to be used by the School Department. Passage require majority vote.

15. ORDER #108-18/19 – Award of Bid #24-19 to O’Connor Bus Sales, of Augusta, ME, for the purchase of a Type “C” School Bus with a wheelchair lift to be used by the School Department. Passage requires majority vote.

16. ORDINANCE #6-18/19 - Amending Chapter 2, “Administration and Legislation,” regarding the City’s purchasing rules.  First Reading.  Passage requires majority vote.

17. ORDINANCE #7-18/19 – Amending Chapter 27, “Zoning,” regarding a text amendment and Zoning map change to create a new Conditional School District 1 (SCH-1) for property located at 120 Wescott Road.  First reading.  Passage requires majority vote.

18. ORDER #109-18/19 – Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Maine Department of Transportation for a Federal-aid Locally Administered Project for the Cottage Road Safety Improvements.  Passage requires majority vote.

19. ORDER #110-18/19 – Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Three-party Partnership Agreement with Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT) and Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System for Improvements (PACTS) to resurface Highland Avenue.  Passage requires majority vote.

20. ORDER #111-18/19 – Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Three-party Partnership Agreement with Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT)and Portland Area Comprehensive Transporation System (PACTS) for Improvements to Waterman Drive.  Passage requires majority vote.
