8.  ORDINANCE #2-18/19 – Amending Chapter 27, “Zoning,” of the Code of Ordinances to establish land use regulations regarding Medical Marijuana Establishments.  Passed first reading on August 21, 2018.  ROLL CALL VOTE. Passage requires five (5) affirmative votes.

9.  ORDINANCE #3-18/19 – Amending Chapter 14, “Licenses, Permits, and Business Regulations Generally,” of the Code of Ordinances to establish licensing regulations regarding Medical Marijuana Establishments.  Passed first reading on August 21, 2018.  ROLL CALL VOTE. Passage requires majority vote.

10. ORDER #51-18/19 – Adopting the MMA Model Ordinance GA Appendices A-H, for the period of October 1, 2018 – September 30, 2019. Passage requires majority vote.

13. ORDER #53-18/19 – Accepting funds from South Portland High School Dollars for Scholars to provide scholarships for graduates of South Portland High School.  Passage requires majority vote.

14. ORDER #54-18/19 – Award of Bid #12-19 to NRC East Environmental Services, Inc.,  of Franklin, MA, for the removal of underground tanks and miscellaneous waste material from the former South Portland Public Works Facility. Passage requires majority vote.

15. ORDER #55-18/19 – Authorizing and directing Corporation Counsel to take legal action regarding a junkyard at 175 School Street (Map 5, Lot 8) located in the Residential G zone.  Passage requires majority vote.  (AMENDED)
